‘MoEF, Assam failed in their duties’

New Delhi, Sep 8: The Union environment ministry and the Assam government were apparently "unaware" of the proliferation of illegal industries in the no-development zone around the Kaziranga National Park, drawing a scathing observation from the National Green Tribunal that they had "totally failed in their duties".
