Bombay high court bans mining, tree felling in green zone

MUMBAI, April 11: The Bombay high court on Tuesday barred all activity likely to disturb the Sawantwadi-Dodamarg wildlife corridor till the central and state governments take a final decision on the report of Western Ghats Ecology Expert Panel (WGEEP), headed by Madhav Gadgil.
