Govt forms bodies to monitor mining in South Goa

MARGAO, November 12: South Goa district collector Sandeep Jacques on Friday issued an order constituting a district level coordination committee, a sub-divisional level enforcement committee and a taluka-level task force with a view to ensure regulation and monitoring of mining activities across the district. The order comes into force with immediate effect.
