PCB catches hospitals on wrong foot

KOLKATA, April 16: The state pollution control board (PCB) has blown the lid off the handling of biomedical waste (BMW) at the state-run hospitals. Video footage and still photographs taken by PCB showed a shoddy job in handling biomedical waste at different hospitals.
