PATIALA, September 28: More bad news is in store for the power-deficit state with authorities of Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) having directed state power department to shut down unit-IV of Guru Nanak Dev thermal power plant (GNTPP) within 40 days for failing to reduce pollution levels.
