Vishakhapatnam, Dec 28: Tests by the Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT) intended to identify the cause of death of fish recovered has turned to be difficult as the sample was reportedly spoiled during transportation. Hence, an accurate result is not possible, according to sources.
