Report on viaduct's impact on environment misleading

MUMBAI, July 28: A week after political workers disrupted a public hearing on the proposed Pedder Road flyover, a local residents' association has complained to the Union ministry of environment and forests (MoEF) about a "misleading" environment impact assessment (EIA) report produced by theMaharashtra State Road Development Corporation(MSRDC).
