Down To Earth (DTE), launched by Centre for Science and Environment in 1992, has been the pioneer environmental magazine in India and continues to remain relevant even after 25 years. We get stories from the ground – research labs, hospitals, farms, forests, villages and even from other countries.
We are looking for reporters for our publication in English with the following eligibility criteria:
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must have the patience for analytical reportage and the promptness for reporting developing stories.
Should be willing to crunch numbers and unpackage complex science. Background in science is desirable.
Applicants should be comfortable working for the print, web and multimedia platforms of the magazine.
Should have 5-6 years of experience in reporting for the print medium.
The job is based in Delhi. Reporting will require extensive travel across the country.
