Scientist for Pollution Monitoring Laboratory for Centre for Science and Environment (CSE)

Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) is a leading research and advocacy organization working for environment protection. CSE has set up a state-of-the-art laboratory for wastewater, septage management and organic food certification. The laboratory is situated at CSE’s residential campus at Anil Agarwal Environment Training Institute (AAETI), located in Alwar, Rajasthan.

Job profile:

The job profile includes carrying out sampling and analysis of heavy metals, pesticides and other organic / inorganic pollutants from environment samples, conducting cutting-edge research and providing knowledge support.

Qualification and experience:

The candidate should have a Ph.D. / M.Sc. in Analytical/Organic Chemistry/ and having hands-on experience in using sophisticated analytical equipments such as GC-MS, HPLC, AAS, etc. Publication in peer reviewed journals related to heavy metals/ pesticides or other forms of pollutants will be an added preference. At least 05 years of work experience in a similar or related capacity is a mandatory requirement.

This position is open at CSE’s new residential campus at AAETI in Alwar, Rajasthan. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
