One of the highlights of a stay in the AAETI campus is the food that its kitchen offers – visitors and guests have been full of praises about the culinary skills of our cooks. The AAETI cafeteria/canteen is located at a convenient distance from the residential quarters. All meals and snacks are served at specified times in the cafeteria – AAETI does not have room service, and all residents/visitors are expected to have their meals only in the cafeteria. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served; on certain occasions, the Institute also dishes out specially curated innovative menus focused on indigenous recipes, cuisines and ingredients.
