This case study showcases Soil Biotechnology (SBT) based treatment project at Vazir Sultan Tobacco factory. This project is implemented to treat the factory effluent in order to comply with the norms of Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) for discharging the treated water into municipality sewers. The contents provided in this case study is based on secondary research from open sources mentioned in reference section and don't necessarily reflect those of Centre for Science and Environment.
