FSM course enhanced my knowledge and my capability. The course enabled me to achieve the learning objectives; it includes every important topic / aspect that should be covered for FSM. The total workload of this course was thoroughly manageable. The materials such as the notes, hand-outs etc. were interesting, clear and well-structured. Also the examination pattern was very easy and adoptable.
Apart from the reading material the reference material provided to assist the holistic understanding was really helpful. Be it case studies, or video presentations, or other links.
I Liked mostly the best practices shared during the course work. Experience of having access to number of best practices on FSM of different South and South East Asian countries.
The course provided a lot of case studies in the form of video and discussions. Also this gave exposure to different websites and related materials.
