नई दिल्ली [संजीव गुप्ता]। देश भर में हो रही झमाझम बारिश ने उमस भरी गर्मी से ही राहत नहीं दी बल्कि वायु प्रदूषण काे भी घुटनों पर ला दिया है। यही वजह है कि 110 शहरों के लोग इस समय प्रदूषण मुक्त हवा में सांस ले रहे हैं। वाराणसी और तालचेर (ओड़िशा) का एयर इंडेक्स अपेक्षाकृत थोड़ा अधिक है। लॉकडाउन के बाद इस अनलॉक में भी देश भर में लगातार प्रदूषण मुक्त हवा चल रही है। दिल्ली, हरियाणा, पंजाब, चंडीगढ़, महाराष्ट्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, उत्तर प्रदेश (वाराणसी को छाेड़कर) कहीं की भी हवा फिलहाल खराब नहीं है।

नई दिल्ली [संजीव गुप्ता]। वायु प्रदूषण के लिहाज से दिल्ली में हॉटस्पॉट की संख्या 13 से बढ़कर 18 हो गई है। बुधवार को पर्यावरण प्रदूषण नियंत्रण एवं संरक्षण प्राधिकरण (ईपीसीए) की बैठक में दिल्ली के प्रदूषण हॉटस्पॉट की स्थिति पर हुई चर्चा के दौरान यह तथ्य रखा गया कि प्रदूषण हॉटस्पॉट की सूची में गांधीनगर, पीरागढ़ी, पंजाबी बाग, आजादपुर मंडी, रोहतक रोड और सराय रोहिल्ला के नाम जुड़ गए हैं। बैठक में ईपीसीए अध्यक्ष भूरेलाल, सदस्य सुनीता नारायण, दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी) के सदस्य सचिव अरुण मिश्रा सहित स्थानीय निकायों के प्रतिनिधि भी मौैजूद रहे।

Mumbai is yet to get its first operational debris recycling unit three years after the municipal corporation first proposed its inception, a report published on Wednesday by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), Delhi, stated. Mumbai is among 40 cities across the country that is set to get the recycling units.
