Training programme on Environmental Audit and Inspection

Centre for Science and Environment is organising a training programme in association with Environmental Protection Agency, Ghana on "Environmental Audit and Inspection", at Amasaman, Accra, Ghana; from 14th to 16th November. This training programme is designed for EPA officials.

The objective of the programme is to strengthen their Audit scheme and inspection protocols. In addition to an in-depth discussion on audit procedures, the programme includes checklist development exercise and industry visits for hands-on experience; that shall prove helpful for the EPA officials. This training programme is on an invitation basis only.

This training programme will be followed by an MOU signing ceremony. An official MOU will be signed between Centre for Science and Environment and Ghana Environmental protection Agency, to strengthen the Compliance monitoring and inspection mechanism in Ghana.
