New Delhi: The Supreme Court-mandated Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) on Tuesday directed Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to start night patrolling at Delhi’s 13 pollution hotspots from October 15 onwards.
