नई दिल्ली [संजीव गुप्ता]। वायु प्रदूषण के लिहाज से दिल्ली में हॉटस्पॉट की संख्या 13 से बढ़कर 18 हो गई है। बुधवार को पर्यावरण प्रदूषण नियंत्रण एवं संरक्षण प्राधिकरण (ईपीसीए) की बैठक में दिल्ली के प्रदूषण हॉटस्पॉट की स्थिति पर हुई चर्चा के दौरान यह तथ्य रखा गया कि प्रदूषण हॉटस्पॉट की सूची में गांधीनगर, पीरागढ़ी, पंजाबी बाग, आजादपुर मंडी, रोहतक रोड और सराय रोहिल्ला के नाम जुड़ गए हैं। बैठक में ईपीसीए अध्यक्ष भूरेलाल, सदस्य सुनीता नारायण, दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी) के सदस्य सचिव अरुण मिश्रा सहित स्थानीय निकायों के प्रतिनिधि भी मौैजूद रहे।

New Delhi, Sept 2 (PTI) Five highly polluted areas have been identified in the national capital in addition to the existing 13 pollution hotspots in the city, according to the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority.
Under the programme, officials are being trained how to make PMAPs for different localities in a way that they meet parking requirement of those neighbourhoods. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has started training its officials, mostly engineers, on the modalities of parking management area plans (PMAP) and how to implement them in neighbourhoods as part of the new parking policy.
On Monday, the national capital saw the cleanest day in five years. The overall air quality recorded in Delhi was just 41. This was the lowest-ever reading since the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) started measuring AQI in April 2015.
