GSP Audit for Schools, 2026-27

Dear GSP Member,

Your school plants trees. It composts waste. It celebrates environmental days and runs awareness campaigns.

That’s a great start! But do these efforts alone make your school a sustainable campus?

Last year, over 7,500 schools across India measured their environmental performance through the GSP Audit and only 6 per cent earned a green rating.

The only way to know if your school is truly ‘green’ is to measure its practices.

GSP Audit 2026 is live for schools to log in and get started on the journey of creating ‘measurable’ impact.

The GSP Audit looks beyond one-off activities. It helps schools measure how they use and manage air, energy, food, land, water and waste, revealing where they are doing well and where they need to improve.

If your school received a Yellow, Orange or Red rating last year and has strengthened its environmental practices, this is your chance to measure that progress and improve your rating.

If your school was rated Green, take the audit again to sustain your performance, identify new opportunities for improvement and continue raising the benchmark for sustainability.

Last date to submit the audit: OCTOBER 5, 2026
