KISHORE BHARGAVA
Mr. Bhargava is a Technology Consultant with over 35 years of experience in the areas of communications, messaging solutions, application design and deployment, security systems, and planning and strategy.
NIRAJ KUMAR SINGH
Mr. Singh has a rich experience of over 18 years in Consulting, Training in Office Automation, and database technologies. Over the years he has acquired expertise in Office Suite, VBA Spreadsheet Solutions, Micros implementation and Database adhoc querying.
ANSHUL OJHA
Television for Education, UK
As TVE's coordinator in South Asia, he has been instrumental for the past 10 years and has led innovative programmes including Films for Change. In his current role, Anshul, along with his team, aims to put global stories into a local, national and regional context, implements projects and seeks to inspire change through focusing on stories of environmental action. He is a committed filmmaker, focusing largely on the stories from the most remote corners of South Asia and of the most marginalised people. He is also an entrepreneur, co-founding ventures in handicrafts, retail and film production, and is passionate about natural farming and greening the earth. He runs an organic farm deep in the Thar desert, India. Anshul’s educational background is in journalism and mass communications and international law and diplomacy.
Prof. VINAY SHANKER
University School of Mass Communication, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) New Delhi
Mr. Vinay Shanker has been working as a Media Professional since 1995. He has primarily worked as a Cinematographer though his work profile also includes credits as a Director, Script Writer and Photographer. He has worked for organisations like Star Plus, National Geographic Channel and Priyardarshini Media. He has shot and directed eight serials and several short programmes for Doordarshan, ETV Urdu, Gyan Darshan, Sahitya Academy etc. His documentary work also includes a film Nirmal Kathi (Script, Cinematography and Direction) on renowned Hindi Writer Nirmal Verma. ‘PHALI’ (cinematography), a film on the impact of insurgency on women in Manipur, has been shown widely in various film festivals across Europe.

SURESH KUMAR ROHILLA

Dr. Rohilla has over 24 years of experience in research, capacity development and policy advocacy for mainstreaming environmental and water sustainability in human settlements in India, Africa and South Asia. He has worked with reputed national and international universities, government and non-government organisations/consultancies.

KIRAN PANDEY
Programme Director of the Environment Resources Unit at CSE.
Ms. Pandey leads the India Environment Portal, and is also involved with CSE’s Environment Data Centre. She promotes digital literacy and data-driven communications.

RAJIT SENGUPTA
Assistant Editor
Down to Earth magazine
Mr. Sengupta has close to 10 years of experience in working on editorial teams of national newspapers and magazines including Mail Today and Hindustan Times. Currently, he works with Down To Earth magazine and is a member of CSE’s Environment Data Centre which churns out data stories, factsheets and interactives, and conducts workshops on data journalism.

DEBADATTA BASU
Adviser Compliance Monitoring, CSE
Dr. Basu joined Central Pollution Control Board in 1976 after completing Master of Science in Chemistry from West Bengal, India. He has published around thirty technical documents and papers in various journals in India and abroad. After retiring from Central Government, he joined CSE as an advisor for training in India and abroad.

MAHREEN MATTO
Programme Manager Water Management Unit, CSE
Dr. Matto is doctorate in Environmental Biochemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, India. She has been working in the area of water, wastewater and faecal sludge management with CSE. She has contributed in publications on various aspects of sustainable water/ wastewater management like Rainwater Harvesting, Decentralised Wastewater Treatment and Reuse, Septage Management, City Sanitation Plan-Trainers manual and City Sanitation Plan-Practitioner guide.

SAAKSHI JOSHI
Senior Research Associate Water Management Unit, CSE
Dr. Joshi is a a Fulbright alumna with a doctorate in Social Anthropology from the University of Delhi, India. Her research background brings an experience in qualitative data collection, analysis, and writing and editing narratives.She has contributed to CSE publications like Urban Water Sustainability: A template, the template on urban water sustainability for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, City Sanitation Plans, and blogs for Down To Earth.
