DINESH C SHARMA
An award winning journalist and author with over 30 years’ experience of reporting on science and technology for national and international media. Currently, the Managing Editor of India Science Wire (ISW), and a columnist with Mail Today. Has taught a course in development journalism at the Ateneo de Manila University, has been a Visiting Fellow at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and the Centre for Media Studies, New Delhi. 

His latest book “The Outsourcer: The Story of India's IT Revolution” (MIT Press, 2015) won him the Computer History Museum Book Prize for 2016. A science travelogue on his visit to the Arctic (Witness to the Meltdown) was released at the New Delhi World Book Fair 2018.

KIRAN PANDEY
Programme Director of the Environment Resources Unit at CSE. Leads the India Environment Portal, and is also involved with CSE’s Environment Data Centre. Promotes digital literacy and data-driven communications.

Has studied advertising and public relations, and holds a Masters in Climate Change and Sustainability Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Is a recipient of the Roger Levien grant at the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), Austria.

VIJETA RATTANI
Programme Manager of the Climate Change unit in CSE. She leads CSE's campaign on equitable implementation of the Paris climate agreement; analyses various aspects of climate change issues and their governance at global, regional and national levels; and writes regularly for Down To Earth as well as on other national and international platforms.
