PhD in Civil Engineering, and has 20 year experience in teaching. He is the distinguished member of organizations like - The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkatta (MIE) and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He work intensively on Value Engineering, Project Management, Low-cost housing, Construction Management and solid waste management and publish several research articles in journal of international repute.

Vijay Shankar Kanthan
Consulting with UNICEF and other development organisations in India to strengthen public advocacy and behaviour change communication interventions. He is also a doctoral research scholar with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi working on an ‘integrated framework for social value creation’. Vijay has international certifications in design thinking and positive psychology. He has contributed to the development of the CAS modules for SBM (Gramin) and identification of IEC best practices for SBM (urban).

Gita Kavarana
More than 15 year experience in water resource management. Published number of training manuals, case studies on rainwater harvesting. Currently she is a Director of Anil Agarwal Environment Training Institute.

Sushmita Sengupta
Post graduate in Geology having vast experience in research on water management in India and Global South on water management and sanitation. Her current responsibilities include capacity building, research, knowledge dissemination and policy advocacy in water management and sanitation. She has contributed in the writing, compilation and preparation of various scientific education materials in international journals, books and reports under the broad theme of rock, soil, aquifer, groundwater management and sanitation

Rashmi Verma
County Executive Committee Member (CECM), Health, Siaya County Very active role in improving sanitation in Siaya County and make it open defecation free

Digvijay Singh
Post-graduate from the George Washington University in Environmental Engineering, Digvijay has worked in various disciplines of environment. His work experience includes work in - Environmental Water and Wastewater quality management as well as Sludge Management involving on-site and laboratory based research.
