Anumita Roychowdhury, Executive Director, Research and Advocacy, CSE, has been selected as one of the winners of the 42nd edition of the Devi Awards, presented by The New Indian Express.
The awards recognise women who are making a difference in their respective fields and leading change through their work. Past awardees include Olympian Anju Bobby George, actor Bhumi Pednekar, scientist Gagandeep Kang and disability rights activist Preethi Srinivasan, among others.
The 42nd edition of the Devi Awards will be held on December 7, 2026, at ITC Maurya, New Delhi.
