CSE Engages with Young Planners in Shaping India’s Urban Future

The Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) was among the knowledge partners at a one-day seminar for young planners organised by the Institute of Town Planners, India, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on October 30.

Three CSE representatives – Rajneesh Sareen, Mitashi Singh and Sayan Roy – spoke at different sessions, sharing their perspectives on urban planning and sustainable development.

Marking World Habitat Day, World Cities Day and World Town Planning Day, the seminar brought together over 300 young urban practitioners, academicians, students and policymakers to explore pathways towards more inclusive, sustainable and resilient cities.
