CLEAN AIR ACTION: WHAT IS THE WAY AHEAD?

India’s National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) has been running the gauntlet for a while now – it is time to ask ourselves how far have we moved ahead, and where do we go from here. Have air quality and targets for reduction changed in different parts of India since the NCAP came into being? What are the new health evidences emerging in India? Are our clean air action plans and funding strategies really designed for the future? What and where are the big gaps in our cities? What should be the future roadmap to strengthen the NCAP?

To explore answers to these questions, join experts from across the country at CSE’s first webinar in its ‘AAD Consultation Series’ – a series of online and onsite seminars and briefings on contemporary issues and questions of environment and development that would be held as precursors to CSE’s signature annual media conclave, the Anil Agarwal Dialogues (AAD).
