India is rapidly moving towards electric mobility. But how is this transition playing out on the ground?
As part of our ‘India on E-Wheels’ campaign, Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) and Down To Earth would be bringing you a series of live chats exploring India’s journey towards electric mobility and clean transport.
We began the campaign by asking an important question: Is it time for India to adopt nationwide zero-tailpipe emission targets? The answer is yes. Now, as the campaign draws to a close, we bring you this series which will take a closer look at the findings from the ground – exploring themes ranging from grassroots adoption of electric mobility and emerging trends and progress to the charging gaps, infrastructure constraints and what India needs to do next.
Join Down To Earth’s Akshit Sangomla and Himanshu Nitnaware along with anchor Sukanya Nair, as they share on-ground coverage from Karnataka and Maharashtra.
