CSE, and the Goa Marathi Patrakar Sangh, are organising a workshop for regional journalists on environmental issues and their reportage.
The workshop will cover issues like mining, forests and coasts with a special focus on these activities and their environmental impact on western ghats. The workshop will specifically deal the local issues in the global perspective.
Journalists with a track record of covering environmental issues from areas like Karwar, Konkan, Belgaum and Kolhapur are encouraged to apply. Interested journalists are requested to send their applications to greeengoa@gmail.com, along with their latest CV and scanned copies of at least three published articles/news stories.
