SFDs are emerging as a popular tool to help cities plan sanitation service delivery. The focus of this ToT is to endow the trainers to the tools developed by the SFD Promotion Initiative. The training will give the trainers skills in using these tools. This will culminate in the participants to be able to use the tools and to develop the SFD with an accompanying report for the city they could support.
# PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING A LAPTOP WITH THEM.
On completion of the training the participant trainers will be able to:
Understand SFDs (diagram and report) and the history of their development
Understand the need for a standardized methodology
Understand the available tools including their context, range and how to use them
Use the developed tools to go through a worked example
Understand the support available to enable the development of SFD for their city
