PANAJI, October 20: The solicitor general of India has asked the directorate of mines and geology and the Goa state pollution control board (GSPCB) to submit environment clearance (EC) and environment impact assessment (EIA) reports of individual mines, to check whether dumps of mining rejects can be exported.
