Ludhiana, November 21: Ludhiana MP and national spokesperson of the Congress, Manish Tewari, urged the union environment ministry to appoint Central Pollution Control Board as the executing agency for implementing the bio-remediation project for cleaning the Buddha Nullah as the state government has proved to be quite non-cooperative.
