NAGPUR, April 2: The Nagpur bench of Bombay high court on Friday stayed effect and operation of MPCB's directions mandating the use of mechanical type closed body trucks for transportation of minerals. MPCB's directives were issued on March 31 last year and were repeated on December 23.
