Panaji, March 21: The high court of Bombay at Goa recently disposed of a suo motu writ petition regarding pollution caused by coal dust in Vasco town with directions to the Mormugao Port Trust(MPT) to complete construction of closed shed and mechanization of coal handling at berth 11 on or before October, 2014.
