Bangalore, October 8: The Karnataka State Human Rights Commission (KSHRC) has issued notices to the Urban Development Department and the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) on the reported inflow of polluted water into the Tippagondanahalli (TG Halli) reservoir, and has sought a detailed report on the matter.
