My Food Story

Most people have a favourite food, one whose recipe, ingredients, taste and smells have been passed down in the family through generations. Most of these foods have stories wound around them: stories of memorable moments, of the traditional practices associated with them, and of their cultural and ecological significance.

Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) has created a unique online dashboard to document these “food stories” which have been contributed by a wide cross-section of our friends and readers: teachers and educators, students and their families, food writers and enthusiasts…
