Wetlands are celebrated for their role in sustaining biodiversity as well as for being rich fountainheads of nourishment for communities across India. The traditional edible plant foods that they offer are now disappearing from our kitchens and menus.
We invite you to an online release of our latest report -- Missing from the Plate: Edible plants in wetlands lose favour – followed by a discussion on how can wetland ecosystems be restored and revived, and how can these ‘missing foods’ be brought back into our diets.
