National Roundtable: Moving Beyond Incentives Toward Mandate-Driven Fleet Electrification

CSE's Clean Air and Sustainable Mobility team is organising a national multi-stakeholder roundtable on April 10, 2026, at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, to deliberate on advancing India's Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) transition beyond its current incentive-led phase. The event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, fleet operators, infrastructure providers, and subject-matter experts to examine the design and implementation of regulatory mandates, supply-side interventions, and sector-wide policy frameworks. Discussions will span OEM readiness, charging infrastructure and grid integration, state-level action, battery recycling, and critical mineral security - with the goal of charting a clear policy roadmap for deep, comprehensive electrification across all vehicle segments.
