New Delhi, November 22: The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notice to the Central Government, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and Delta Shipping Marine Services of Qatar for sinking of Panama flagged cargo ship MV Rak off the coast of Mumbai in August.
