PATNA, Dec 9: Deputy CM Sushil K Modi on Thursday said in the legislative council that the matter related to setting up 24x7 noise pollution monitoring centre at five places in the state capital is still pending with the Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi, which works under the Union ministry of forest and environment.
