PATNA, Dec 26: On the basis of an order of the Patna high court passed on a PIL for making representation before the secretary, Unionministry of environment, state chief secretary and Bihar State Pollution Control Board for putting a stop to plying diesel commercial vehicles on Patna road, the petitioner's counsel, Arvind Kumar, sent them the representations with court order and PIL copies.
