Jaipur, October 5: Rajasthan pollution control board has decided that all applications related to manufacturing of multi-layered plastic pouches, sachets, recycling plastic or any other related plastic product will be dealt at head office level only. The decision has been taken regarding the proper enactment of plastic waste (management and handling rule) 2011.
