Green Schools for Clean Air: Workshop for Green Schools Programme (GSP) Teachers

CSE is organising a two-day workshop for school teachers focusing on the issue of air pollution and its impact on the health and well-being of school-going children. The workshop will provide an overview of air pollution sources and trends in Northern India, highlight its effects on children, and introduce practical approaches schools can adopt to improve air quality awareness and action. The programme will include expert-led sessions, discussions on emerging solutions such as electric mobility, interactive activities to identify pollution hotspots around school campuses, and opportunities for participants to share experiences and best practices.

Nomination Procedure
GSP and its partner organisations will jointly shortlist participants for the workshop.

Other Details
Nominated participants will be required to reach Delhi on March 23. Accommodation, meals, and local transport during the workshop will be arranged by GSP. Participants will depart on March 25 after the closing session and lunch.
