CSE India, IDDRI, Greg Muttitt: Submission for COP30 TAFF Roadmap

In response to a call for submissions by the Brazil COP30 Presidency for the COP30 Presidency Roadmap for Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels in a Just, Orderly and Equitable Manner (paragraph 28.d/GST1), this joint submission identifies key narrative tensions that need to be resolved, and strategic design guidelines to inform the development of a global TAFF Roadmap.
