Inception meeting for Rajasthan climate adaptation plan 2030 and signing of MoU

CSE's Sustainable habitat team along with the Clean Air & Sustainable Mobility team held an inception meeting with Rajasthan state Pollution Control Board in Jaipur on 10th July 2025. The meeting in regard to the preparation of Rajasthan Climate Adaptation Plan 2030 was attended by the chairperson Dr. Ravi Kumar Surpur, IAS as well as the Member Secretary Sh. Sharda Pratap Singh. CSE presented an update on the adaptation plan during the meeting.

Following this, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. MNIT plays a critical role in advising the state government on various matters related to issues pertaining to air pollution, sustainability in the built environment etc. This MoU signifies a joint effort between our institutions to collaborate on research, training, benchmarking and uptake.

Manager, Sustainable Habitat programme, CSE and Dr. Yash Kumar Mittal-Assistant Prof., Arch. & Planning, MNIT Jaipur.
