Copy Editor for Down To Earth

Down To Earth (DTE), launched by Centre for Science and Environment in 1992, has been the pioneer environmental magazine in India and continues to remain relevant even after 25 years. We get stories from the ground – research labs, hospitals, farms, forests, villages and even from other countries.

We are looking for a Copy Editor with the following eligibility criteria:

Qualification and Experience: 

• The candidate must have a good command of the English language and sharp news sense.
• He / She should have the basic understanding of developmental and environmental issues or, at least, a keen interest in these subjects.
• He / She should be able to visualise, edit and present stories for both print and online media.
• Candidates between 5-8 years of editing experience with news magazines or websites may apply.
