The global renewable energy programme of CSE aims to eradicate energy poverty through increased deployment of renewable energy. Learning from the experience of decentralized distributed generation in India, the global programme tries to address the energy access issues using sustainable decentralized distributed generation as well as to enhance renewable energy targets. The work currently focuses on two countries – Indonesia and Tanzania.
