Interns for Marketing Down To Earth magazine

Duration of Internship: July 25th to October 24th, 2022 (Three months) 

Background Information:  

Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) is a public interest research and advocacy organisation based in New Delhi. CSE researches into, stands for and communicates the urgency of development that is both sustainable and equitable. 

CSE’s publications and informational products have been its strength and they have always combined research and readability to get the message across. CSE’s tools for awareness raising are periodicals, publications, films/short spots, briefing papers, exhibitions, posters and other products. CSE’s informational products reach people in more diverse ways such as features service, website and e-news bulletins. 

CSE’s marketing internship programme offers outstanding students the opportunity to acquire direct exposure in the fields of environmental partnerships, communications, research and data.  Overall this opportunity provides them with valuable learning experience in marketing. 

Job profile

The interns are expected to develop data and manage feedbacks and report back to us on a daily basis. The assignment would require extensive tele calling, data collection and analysis, and reporting in the excel template that would be provided by us.

Qualifications

Environment Information Dissemination Unit of CSE is seeking 10-12 motivated personnel, fulfilling the following criteria: 

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English and Hindi. Proficiency in speaking any of the following languages will be an added advantage : Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu.
  • Candidates based in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Kerala, or Karnataka would be preferred.
