Meeting with UP SMCG regarding the revised effluent discharge standards notified by NMCG

The objective of the meeting was to discuss the modifications required in the design of Chunar FSSTP in order to meet the revised effluent discharge standards notified by NMCG.The Meeting was chaired by the Project Director, UP-SMCG and was attended by all eminent officials of UP-SMCG & UP jal Nigam.

During the meeting, CSE apprised the attendees about the changes reuired in the design along with the cost estimate of same. The committee accepted the recommended changes and requested to get it re-tendered with updated design and norms.
