Barwar is a town and a Nagar Panchayat in Lakhimpur Kheri District in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is densely populated town situated near Lakhimpur city. The Gomti river flows through the town. The topography of Barwar is plain and Terai lowlands at the base of the Himalayas, with one river and lush green vegetation. The city is approximately 120 kilometers from the Lucknow.
