GURGAON, April 13: The Behrampur sewage treatment plant is underperforming because of poor maintenance and if things don't improve soon, it can damage the entire plant, according to a HUDA inspection report. HUDA had engaged a private firm for maintenance of the plant but the inspection has revealed that the plant is being managed in very poor manner, jeopardizing entire system.
