CSE ties-up with CPWD to implement model greening projects

Buildings and Habitat programme has entered into an agreement with the National CPWD Academy for greening of their 30 acre campus located in Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. AnumitaRoychowdhury and Rajneesh Sareen, representing CSE and Mr. KaramVir Singh, Additional Director General (training), signed a MoU on 16th October 2018 at the Academy.

Chief Engineer Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma will be the key anchor of this collaboration. Chief Engineer Mr. Rajesh Jain and Chief Architect Mr. Piyush Dave will be equally contributing. A team of seven Executive Engineers, namely Anil Kumar Jain, Babu Ram Chauhan, Anil Kumar, Ishwari Prasad, Upendra Kumar Singh, Raj Kumar (Assistant Engineer), led by Mr. Satyendra Kumar will be engaged and supported in planning and implementation of several greening initiatives such as waste management and rainwater harvesting.


CSE has been building capacity of CPWD officials for many years now. The collaboration will enable implementation of the technical knowledge and foster practical learning for trainees staying/visiting the Academy.
