KOLKATA, July 12: The West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) is thinking about taking strong legal action against the Calcutta Leather Complex Tanners' Association (CLCTA) for repeatedly failing to comply with the directives issued by the board and not taking any corrective measures.
